Directions Research is hosting a monthly survey trivia contest. The object of the contest is to see how closely you can guess how America will answer some quirky, topical questions. We hope you enjoy the contest, and be sure to return to check the results of this month’s survey, and to participate in next month's.

Here's how it works:

You (the participant) try to guess what a representative sample of US adults said to some pretty quirky questions. You have one week to enter. Only one entry per person please, but feel free to invite your co-workers, friends, etc. to participate.
Directions Research will then field a survey among a representative sample of US adults to find out the actual answers.
If you guess well, you could win a $1000 Amazon.com gift certificate. We’ll give one to the participant who guesses closest, on average, to what Americans actually said. We will notify the winner within one week of the entry deadline.
If you guess poorly, … well … it’s your little secret. We'll announce only the name of the winner. Your individual results will be emailed to you. And there's always next month, right?
