Founded in 2000, SEEK has spent the last 20+ years providing clients with rich, empathic qualitative insight that leads to human-centered innovation and brand strategy. SEEK is well-known in many sectors, including CPG, Finance, Entertainment, Food & Beverage, and Healthcare, for delivering deep insight that transforms brands and activates pipeline and commercial ideas for years beyond the research.

As a division of Directions, SEEK is able to provide seamless qualitative-to-quantitative insight development, product and commercial idea development and testing, and strategy development and sizing for our entire portfolio of shared clients. By merging with Directions in 2018, SEEK brought qualitative insight and innovation capability to a world-class quantitative firm, and expanded our reach to Directions' wide suite of clients and industries.

SEEK has been serving Healthcare clients for more than two decades, but has greatly expanded its healthcare reach and capabilities since 2014, when it began a concerted effort to bring empathic insight to a US healthcare industry that was desperately in need of deep human connection to drive patient-centered quality improvement and innovation. That effort has since expanded to global clients, and SEEK's insight and innovation portfolio now includes efforts with over 100 healthcare clients with reach around the world, ensuring that more and more patients can receive the benefits of human-centric healthcare options.
